I know that 100% juice is reconstituted fruit juice from concentrate. What I’m asking is, hypothetically, if a manufacturer evaporated a cup of pure fruit juice and after the water left 1/2 cup of juice concentrate remained, are they required by law to then reconstitute it back using 1/2 cup of water again to achieve the original 1 cup of fruit juice? Could they theoretically take 1/8 cup of fruit juice concentrate and add the rest with water and still call it 100% fruit juice? For a bonus, any weblinks would be great.

Does Fresh pureed fruit Juice have as many nutrients as fruit? What about just juiced fruit (as opposed to pureed fruit, gets rid of more solids in the juicing process)?
