There is a huge epidemic of overweight people here in this country and something needs to be done about it. Diabetes and cholesterol are at an all time high and something that could help would be a customized diet plan. There are many companies that offer their services for free and you can even find them online too. So, sometimes that simple should push people to want to be healthier and live longer. I used to be overweight, but I started not being able to do certain things, so I acted on it. I lost the weight I needed and now I am truly starting to enjoy life.
